Trello
Trello for crew punch lists
Turn job notes into a clear card outline with a responsible person, due date and current status.
Prepare a punch list
Group the supplied walkthrough notes by room and task. Flag missing decisions instead of labeling every item ready to start. Start with Prepare a punch list.
Track a change confirmation
Prepare a card note for the old time, proposed time and people still to confirm. The original schedule remains the booking source. Start with Track a change confirmation.
Prepare a restock checklist
Make a short count-and-buy checklist from the crew’s approved products. Keep handling questions outside the shopping task. Start with Prepare a restock checklist.
What you provide
Share selected card text or a board export for draft work. Connected card actions need account authorization and agreed board permissions during private setup, or a separately configured automation. Tell us the board, list and exact card before any change.
Limits to know
Trello supports card dates and reminders; checklist-level assignments and dates can depend on plan. We do not assume an enabled Trello connector. A card outline is not a saved card, an alert sent to the crew or a change to the job calendar.
