Schedule and crew
A punch list the crew checks off on their phones
Send the punch items from your walkthrough. CrewBuddy makes a phone page with a checkbox and a note line for each item, and reads it when you ask what is left.

Text it like this
Fictional example.
How the page works
One page made for a phone, in your colors. Each item has a checkbox and a short note line, such as “ordered new cover”. Checked items move to the bottom with the time they were checked. What anyone types is saved on your own server, not just on one phone, and a copy is kept every night. A download button saves the list as a spreadsheet.
If someone checks the wrong item or clears a note by mistake, ask CrewBuddy to undo it and it puts back the earlier version.
Asking instead of opening
Text “what’s left at Rivera?” and CrewBuddy reads the page and answers: two items open, one with a note that the door hinge is on order. When the list is done, it is a good moment for the job summary and then the review request.
There is no login or password on the page; whoever has the link can use it. Links last 30 minutes, so the crew lead asks you, or you ask CrewBuddy, for a new one when they start for the day.
Keep one page per job. A short list the crew can finish beats a long one nobody opens.
What you send
The job, the punch items from your walkthrough, typed or as a photo of your notes, and who should have the link.
What CrewBuddy prepares
A punch list page with each item, a checkbox and a note line, a button that downloads a spreadsheet, and a quick answer whenever you text “what’s left at the Rivera job?”
What to keep in mind
Anyone with the link can see and change it, so share it only with your crew. A link works for 30 minutes, and CrewBuddy sends a new one whenever you ask.
