Between jobs

Restock a cleaning crew from its notes

Separate what is running low from what belongs on the next supply run.

What you send: The crew’s stock notes, scheduled job types, and your approved product list.
What you send
What you get: A restock checklist grouped by stock to count, items to buy and questions for the crew.
What you get

Fictional example.

Use the products you already approve

A stock photo rarely shows every bottle or its contents. Send a short count and the product names. Put damaged containers and missing labels on a separate problem list. The owner or trained lead decides how to handle those items; a shopping list is not handling guidance.

Leave a check for tomorrow

Attach the approved checklist to the crew plan. Ask the lead to confirm that the supplies are loaded before leaving. A shared sheet or Trello card can hold the count if access is configured; otherwise copy the list into the tool your crew already reads.

Connections: Google Sheets, Trello.

What you send

The crew’s stock notes, scheduled job types, and your approved product list.

What to keep in mind

Use product labels and your training for handling. CrewBuddy should not suggest chemical mixtures.
