Google Voice
Google Voice messages for callback drafts
Use the voicemail or message you share to prepare a useful reply and the next owner reminder.
Answer a missed call
Paste the voicemail transcript and check any unclear names or numbers. CrewBuddy drafts a reply you send through your own channel. Start with Answer a missed call.
Ask useful job questions
Turn the actual inquiry into two scope questions and a next step. Do not promise a callback time you have not checked. Start with Ask useful job questions.
Prepare a service callback
Keep the customer report, original job and next assigned person together. Follow your urgent-call process where needed. Start with Prepare a service callback.
What you provide
Provide the selected transcript or message, call time and job context. No Voice password is needed for that draft. Any account access requires a separate private sign-in and permitted-action review. Keep unrelated call history out of the shared material.
Limits to know
This does not connect CrewBuddy to your live calls, enable automatic missed-call texts or send from your Voice number. Google Voice supplies its own voicemail and transcription features, whose output should be checked against the recording when unclear.
