Collect details for a plumbing callback

Capture the reported problem and the original job without promising warranty coverage.

What you send: The customer’s message, original job number, completion date and any photos they provided.
What you send
What you get: A callback note with reported symptoms, missing questions and a draft acknowledgment.
What you get

Fictional example.

Record reports as reports

Keep the customer's own description and date. Add the original invoice and the finish photos if you have them. CrewBuddy should distinguish a reported condition from a confirmed finding. A callback record helps the technician prepare but does not establish responsibility.

Hand off to the right person

Send the note to the person who handles urgent calls under your business procedure. Do not leave an active problem waiting in a weekly list. Once a visit is agreed, save the actual time in the job system and keep the customer acknowledgment with it.

Connections: Jobber, Google Drive.

What you send

What CrewBuddy prepares

A callback note with reported symptoms, missing questions and a draft acknowledgment.

What to keep in mind

A technician decides the cause and the owner checks coverage. Do not diagnose a leak from a picture.
