Calendly
Calendly for estimate visit planning
Use your booking link and confirmed calendar record to prepare visit messages without treating an open slot as a held appointment.
Offer the next step
Draft a short reply with your existing booking link when an estimate visit fits the request. Check the service area first. Start with Offer the next step.
Prepare the visit details
Read bookings that reach the configured calendar or use the supplied schedule to list missing scope and access details. Start with Prepare the visit details.
Allow for real travel
Prepare questions about arrival windows, job length and travel before proposing a visit order. Calendly buffers help reserve time around meetings. Start with Allow for real travel.
What you provide
Provide the event-type link, service area, visit length and buffer rules. Bookings may be read through your configured calendar feed. A direct Calendly connection would need separate private sign-in and access checks; sharing the link alone does not enable it.
Limits to know
An available slot is not booked until the booking is recorded. The existing calendar feed is read only. Calendly documents buffer behavior, including availability-edge limits; verify your actual settings and current account plan. The assistant cannot promise travel times or move visits through that feed.
