What you get

Fictional example.

Label the view

Use a simple photo number and a location such as rear corner or garage ceiling. Do not ask someone to reach a roof edge or open a concealed area for a better image. If the file name does not match the image, correct the label before sharing the handoff.

Keep the inspection separate

The roofer's findings should enter as a dated note after the visit. Keep proposed repair work separate from any insurance paperwork. A Dropbox folder can hold the images when shared for that job; use a restricted customer folder rather than your whole photo library.

Connections: Dropbox, ServiceTitan.
