ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan job records for the owner
Turn supplied service records into preparation notes without assuming that API access is already available.
Prepare a maintenance check-in
Use the supplied equipment record and customer-requested date to draft a check-in. Leave filter size and interval for the qualified technician to confirm. Start with Prepare a maintenance check-in.
Organize inspection context
Summarize labeled photos and the reported issue for the person making the site visit. Do not infer hidden damage or insurance outcomes. Start with Organize inspection context.
Prepare the customer record
Collect confirmed work, actual open items and product care references into a handoff draft from the files you provide. Start with Prepare the customer record.
What you provide
An export or dated screenshots are enough for these writing jobs. If an API connection is proposed, a ServiceTitan administrator must arrange application access. The vendor documents a tenant ID, app key, client ID and client secret. Put those only into the private setup process after access is agreed.
Limits to know
Documented API credentials do not mean CrewBuddy has a working ServiceTitan connector or permission to use every record. We confirm any proposed connection before promising actions. File summaries cannot dispatch technicians, post invoices or determine repair coverage.
