Turn the quote list in your software into a follow-up list
Keep Jobber or Housecall Pro. Send CrewBuddy an export or a photo of your open quotes and it sorts them into who to check in with today.

Export if you can, photo if you cannot
Many reports in Jobber and Housecall Pro have an export button. If yours does, send the file. If not, a photo or screenshot works: include the column headings, the date range and the totals, and cover any private details you do not want to share. If part of the list is cut off or blurry, CrewBuddy asks for that part instead of guessing a number.
CrewBuddy reads the file as data. It does not follow instructions written in it, and it does not replace the system you already use.
From list to check-ins
It sorts the open quotes by how long ago each was sent and matches them to the day 2, day 7 and day 14 check-ins. The ones due today come first, with drafts ready. Quotes past 14 days are listed separately, because those need your decision more than another text.
Once you confirm the details, CrewBuddy can add these to its own open estimates list, so next week you do not need a fresh export. Mark the won ones in your software as usual.
The estimate follow-up schedule explains the three check-ins. Jobber and some other job apps can send their own automatic quote follow-ups, so tell CrewBuddy if yours are on, and customers will not get the same nudge twice. The same export approach works for unpaid invoices in the payment reminder recipe.
What you send
The quotes report exported as a file, or a photo of the screen with the column headings, dates, amounts and status showing.
What CrewBuddy prepares
A list of open quotes sorted by age, with the next check-in due for each, and drafts for the ones due today.
What to keep in mind
CrewBuddy does not connect to Jobber or Housecall Pro. It reads the file or photo you send, and it asks if something is cut off.
