Schedule and crew

Give the crew the scope in their language

Your quote is written for the customer. CrewBuddy rewrites it for the crew, in Spanish with an English copy, with the details that matter on site.

What you send: The quote or your notes for the job, which crew is going, and anything the customer asked for, like furniture to leave alone.
What you send
What you get: A short crew sheet in Spanish with an English copy: tasks by room, materials and colors, measurements, address and start time, and the customer’s requests.
What you get

Fictional example.

Text it like this

Fictional example.

You: Make the Wilson quote into a crew sheet in Spanish for Luis’s crew. They’re starting Thursday.
CrewBuddy: Hoja de trabajo, casa Wilson, jueves 8 am, 14 Birch Ct. Sala y pasillo: dos manos de Harbor Mist en paredes, techo blanco mate. Retocar la puerta del clóset. No mover el piano. English copy below it. Check: the quote doesn’t say who moves the couch.

What goes on the sheet

The address and start time, then the work room by room: what gets done, the materials and color names exactly as written, measurements, and what to protect or leave alone. Customer requests, such as keeping the dog in the yard or not parking in the driveway, get their own line. Prices and your margins stay off unless you ask for them.

Trade words vary by region, so CrewBuddy puts the English term next to the Spanish one the first time, like zoclo (baseboard). If your crew uses different words, tell it once and it remembers.

Sending it and safety notes

You send the sheet to the crew from your phone; CrewBuddy cannot text them. Copy it into your group chat or print it. A Spanish copy of a crew plan for tomorrow works the same way.

OSHA’s policy is that required safety training has to be given in a language and vocabulary workers understand. A crew sheet is not training, but if it carries a safety step, such as lead-safe prep, put it in plain Spanish too.

Have a bilingual lead read the first few sheets. Once the words match how your crew talks, the rest go quickly.
