Schedule and crew
Send the crew tomorrow’s plan in one message
Each evening, ask CrewBuddy for the crew plan. It reads tomorrow’s jobs from your calendar, adds what you have told it about materials and crews, and writes a message you can forward to each crew.

Fictional example.
Text it like this
Fictional example.
What goes in the message
The plan lists each crew’s day in order: start time, address, the work, and the materials your notes say go with it. It puts open questions at the end, so nobody shows up waiting on an answer. If two jobs overlap or an event has no address, it tells you before you forward anything.
Write in the language your crew uses. CrewBuddy can send the same plan in English and Spanish, with the same times, addresses and materials in both.
Keep the calendar and notes current
The plan is only as good as the calendar. Put each job on it with the address in the location field and the crew in the title or notes. When something changes during the day, text CrewBuddy the change, like “Pat is off Friday,” and the next plan uses it.
If a job needs a code to get in, write “code in the job app” in the plan instead of the code itself. Texts get forwarded and screenshotted, and a code in a group chat is hard to take back.
The tomorrow check is the version for you, and the supply run list covers what to pick up on the way.

What you send
“Crew plan for tomorrow,” plus who is on which job if it is not already in the event or your notes.
What CrewBuddy prepares
A short message per crew: first job and start time, each address in order, what to bring, and anything still open, like a paint color nobody confirmed.
What to keep in mind
CrewBuddy only texts you. Forwarding the plan stays with you, and door, gate and lockbox codes stay in your own job app.
