Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Facebook and Instagram service post drafts
Prepare factual local service posts and photo captions for your own Page or business account.
Check a service offer
Compare the wording with actual crew openings, towns and service limits. Remove discounts that have not been approved. Start with Check a service offer.
Prepare approved photos
Choose paired views and captions from photos permitted for public use. Private customer album permission is separate. Start with Prepare approved photos.
Adapt a service update
Use the same confirmed job facts to draft a Page post. Review channel wording and leave customer-identifying information out. Start with Adapt a service update.
What you provide
Provide your exact Page or business account, post copy, approved images and intended date. Draft work needs no Facebook password. If browser publishing is requested, review private sign-in, Page role and permitted actions first; it is a separate configured task.
Limits to know
Meta Business Suite provides post scheduling, but CrewBuddy does not assume access or an enabled publishing connection. Facebook and Instagram ad management is not supported by the existing Google Ads module. A draft post does not promise reach, leads or bookings.
