Ads in the slow season
Get last week’s Google Ads results in a few lines
Once Google Ads is connected, ask CrewBuddy how the week went. It reads each campaign and answers in plain numbers, with the most expensive keywords and searches.

What the numbers mean
Spend is what Google charged. Clicks are people who tapped the ad. Calls are calls placed from a call button on the ad, if your account has one. Conversions are actions you set up Google Ads to count, like a form sent from your site. Cost per conversion is spend divided by conversions. If a number looks wrong, CrewBuddy says what it can and cannot see instead of filling a gap.
Google’s budget is an average. Some days spend more than the daily amount, but for most campaigns the month will not go over 30.4 times the daily budget. CrewBuddy reports what was spent, not what was set.
Match it to real jobs
Google Ads cannot see which calls became jobs. You can. When you book work from an ad call, tell CrewBuddy, and it keeps a simple tally next to the weekly numbers. After a month or two you have a plain answer to the question that matters: what did a booked job cost?
If you want this every week, ask for a Monday morning reminder. The reminder texts only you. Reply “how are the ads?” and CrewBuddy reads the account then, and asks whether to look at search terms or pause anything.
Next step after the check: the junk search cleanup, or the pause recipe if you are booked. If the numbers jump in one week, ask CrewBuddy which keyword or search term changed. It answers from the account data and says plainly when it cannot tell why.

What you send
A question like “How did ads do last week?” or the name of one campaign, and whether you want the last 7 or 30 days.
What CrewBuddy prepares
Spend, clicks, calls, conversions and cost per conversion for each campaign, plus the keywords and search terms that cost the most.
What to keep in mind
Calls and conversions show only what your account tracks. Calls need a call button set up on your ads in Google Ads, and conversions need conversion tracking. Without them, those numbers stay at zero.
