Cold email module (add-on)
See how the week’s cold email went
Part of the cold email module, an add-on that is not included in any CrewBuddy plan. Ask CrewBuddy for the week’s results. It reads your Instantly campaigns and inboxes and sends back a short report, with any replies that need you.

What the report covers
CrewBuddy reads the campaign results in Instantly: how many emails went out, how many people replied and how many bounced. It also reads each sending inbox: its daily limit, its health and how warmup is going. If an inbox looks unhealthy, it says so and suggests slowing down rather than pushing more volume.
It reports what the numbers are and leaves out guesses about what they mean for next month. CrewBuddy does not read the text of replies in your Instantly inbox. Read them there and paste any that need an answer.
Opt outs and replies
When someone asks to be removed, add them to the blocklist in your Instantly workspace. CrewBuddy points these out every week but cannot edit the blocklist itself. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide says opt outs must be honored within 10 business days.
If bounces climb, the list probably has old addresses. CrewBuddy suggests pausing the campaign in Instantly and cleaning the list before sending more.
For replies that need an answer, paste the reply into a text and CrewBuddy drafts one. You send it from Instantly, in the same thread.
The cold email guide covers setup and what to write. Results take a few weeks to mean much. Keep the same list and message for a while before changing several things at once, so you can tell what made a difference.

What you send
A question like “How did email do this week?” or the name of one campaign.
What CrewBuddy prepares
For each campaign: emails sent, replies and bounces, plus the health and warmup state of each sending inbox, and drafts for any replies you paste in.
What to keep in mind
The report reads what Instantly shows. It does not promise where email lands, and a quiet week is reported as a quiet week.
