What you get

Fictional example.

Keep quantity separate from installation

A box calculation does not answer whether the floor can take the tile. Send those questions to your installer. Include the layout because diagonal cuts, patterns and breakage may change the allowance you choose. Record who supplied the measurements and when.

Keep the carton details

Save a photo of the model, shade, batch and coverage label with the reviewed list. Compare the delivered boxes before work starts. A product page screenshot can be old, so ask the supplier to confirm stock and return terms for the exact order.

What to keep in mind

The installer chooses the allowance. Photos cannot confirm flatness, moisture or substrate readiness.
