Reviews and repeat work
Thank the reviewer with one real detail
A short reply that mentions something from the review shows future customers that a real person reads them. CrewBuddy drafts it from your screenshot.

Fictional example.
Text it like this
Fictional example.
Keep it short and specific
Two or three sentences is enough. Thank them, mention one thing they wrote, and close. Skip the same pasted reply under every review. People reading your profile see several replies at once, and identical ones look like nobody read the reviews.
Write in your normal voice. CrewBuddy uses the voice samples in your Business Brief, so the reply sounds like the owner and not like a form letter. Ask for a shorter or warmer version if the first one is not quite right.
If the review names a crew member, thank them by first name only if they are fine with that. Keep the reply about the job they reviewed rather than a pitch for your other services.
Posting it
You post the reply from your Google Business Profile. Google says it shows the reply under the review as your business, not your personal name. It checks replies before they appear, which usually takes up to 10 minutes and can take up to 30 days, and it tells the reviewer you replied. You can edit or delete a reply later.
Try to reply within a day or two. Sending screenshots to CrewBuddy once or twice a week, then posting the replies in one sitting, keeps it from piling up.
For a review that is not so kind, use the bad review recipe instead. The tone and the next step are different.
