Cold email module (add-on)
Write a three-step sequence a property manager will read
Part of the cold email module, an add-on that is not included in any CrewBuddy plan. Tell CrewBuddy the service, the area and who is on your list. It writes three short emails and builds them as an inactive draft campaign in your Instantly account.

What makes the emails work
Each email names one service, the area you work in, and one easy question. No made-up urgency, no claims you cannot back up, and a subject line that matches what is inside. The follow-ups are shorter than the first email and come about a week apart. The campaign stops for anyone who replies.
Fictional examples of the follow-ups. Step 2: “Hi [first name], following up on my note about turnover cleaning. If you have a move-out coming up, I can send a price for one unit.” Step 3: “Last note from me on this. If cleaning help would be useful later, just reply and I will get back to you.”
The FTC’s CAN-SPAM guide says the law has no exception for business-to-business email. It covers honest headers and subject lines, a postal address, a clear opt out and honoring opt outs within 10 business days. CrewBuddy adds your address and the opt-out line to every step automatically.
Building the draft
CrewBuddy builds the campaign in Instantly as an inactive draft, adds the people from your list after checking the email format and removing duplicates, and sets stop-on-reply. It only edits campaigns that have never been started.
Before anything sends, you read the full campaign: every email, the list name and count, the sending inboxes, the daily amount and the schedule. You start it with a one-time code CrewBuddy texts you. If you change the list or the wording later, we go through it again.
The cold email module is priced before you start. CrewBuddy works only from lists you provide. It does not find, scrape or buy contacts. A format check does not show that an address works or that you may email that person.

What you send
The service you want to offer, the area, your list and where it came from, and anything you want to avoid saying.
What CrewBuddy prepares
Three short emails with honest subject lines, built as an inactive draft with your list added, plus a summary of the campaign for you to read.
What to keep in mind
CrewBuddy adds your business mailing address and “Reply STOP to opt out.” to every step. Nothing sends until you start the campaign.
