Use measurements and the product label to make a supply list with the unknowns called out.

Start with real measurements
Send a measured area and say whether doors and windows are already deducted. Include the chosen paint, finish and label photo. A wide room photo can help identify trim and separate surfaces, but cannot supply reliable dimensions. Keep ceilings and walls on separate lines.
Check the store order
Ask for missing details before converting the list into an order. You choose any allowance for surface absorption or waste. Save the reviewed list in the job folder and compare it with stock on hand. CrewBuddy does not place a supplier order through this recipe.
