Between jobs

Check an unanswered estimate

Separate quiet estimates from accepted jobs before writing another follow-up.

What you send: A dated estimate list, the last customer replies, and any follow-ups already scheduled.
What you send
What you get: A short list of who needs a reply, who needs a reminder, and who should be left alone.
What you get

Fictional example.

Read the latest reply first

Keep the estimate number beside the customer name. Two jobs for the same person can be at different stages. Mark accepted, declined, waiting for a decision, or waiting for information. A reply asking for next month belongs on that date, not in today's contact list.

Avoid a second reminder system

Check Jobber or Housecall Pro for messages that are already scheduled. CrewBuddy can work from an export or an authorized browser session where Logins is enabled. A draft made from a spreadsheet does not cancel anything in the vendor's account. Record who will make that change.

Connections: Jobber, Housecall Pro, Google Sheets.

What CrewBuddy prepares

A short list of who needs a reply, who needs a reminder, and who should be left alone.

What to keep in mind

A status in an old export may have changed. Check the live record before contacting anyone.
