What the module sets up

Cold email goes out from a separate sending domain with two or three warmed-up inboxes, never from your main business email. With the module, we walk you through that setup and connect your own Instantly account. CrewBuddy then writes short, plain emails in your voice, adds the list you bring, and saves the campaign inactive, so nothing sends while you look it over.

Each email ends with your business mailing address and “Reply STOP to opt out.” The federal CAN-SPAM rules ask for an honest sender and subject line, a physical address and a working way to opt out.

Launching and replies

Before launch you see the campaign, every email, the list and its count, the sending inboxes, the daily limit and the schedule. Starting it takes a one-time code you text back. Replies come to your sending inboxes in Instantly, where you answer them and add opt-outs to the blocklist; paste a reply into the chat and CrewBuddy drafts your answer.

No one can promise replies, meetings or contracts from cold email. CrewBuddy does not buy or scrape lists, and it does not delete anything.
