SuiteDash
Look up clients in SuiteDash without opening it
Some remodelers, cleaners and property service companies keep clients and their companies in SuiteDash. CrewBuddy reads those records and makes small, logged changes when you ask.
Text it like this
Fictional example.
What it reads
CrewBuddy finds a contact by exact email, searches names across several pages of results, reads one contact or company and lists companies. It also reads your custom field labels, so a field like Gate code location or Preferred crew shows up by name.
It cannot see notes, portal messages, files or invoices. When a name search stops before the end of your records, it says the results are incomplete instead of guessing.
What it can change
It can create one new Lead, such as a property manager from a business card, or update one existing contact, such as a new phone number. Before adding someone, it checks the email to see whether they are already there. Each change takes a one-time code you text back and leaves a note on the contact saying what changed.
Clients, Prospects, circles, portal invitations, portal messages, email and deleting all stay with you in SuiteDash.
Plans and call limits
SuiteDash counts API calls each month by plan: Trial, Start, Thrive or Pinnacle. CrewBuddy keeps its own count and warns you as it gets close. Tell us your plan during setup; until then it uses the Trial limit of 80 calls. An email lookup uses one call, and a name search can use several.
Connecting takes a Public ID and a Secret Key from Integrations, then Secure API, in SuiteDash. They go on your private page, never in a text.
Good questions to ask
Who is our contact at Brookside? Is Renee Tran already in SuiteDash? Which companies have we added this month? Update Ken Ota’s phone to the new number. Each answer names the record, so you can open it in SuiteDash for the full history.
Where it fits for a crew
SuiteDash suits crews with repeat commercial clients, such as property managers or office cleaning accounts, where several contacts sit under one company. CrewBuddy keeps those records tidy as new names come in from calls and business cards, and you keep using the portal for invoices and messages.
Keys and safety
A SuiteDash key opens the whole account, so CrewBuddy limits itself to the lookups and single changes above and every change leaves a note. The key lives on your private page. If you ever want to cut access, delete the key in SuiteDash and it stops working at once.
Portal work you already do by hand can stay that way. The connection covers lookups and small contact changes.

Start with one lookup
If you run your client portal in SuiteDash, CrewBuddy finds and reads clients and companies, adds a new lead and updates contact details, with a note on every change.
- Ask for a client by name or email.
- Add a new lead from a business card or a call.
- Ask how many SuiteDash calls are left this month.
