Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile for local service work
Prepare review requests, replies and post drafts using the right business profile and facts from the job.
Test the review destination
Prepare a check of the business name, location and review link before printing a QR card or sending requests. Start with Test the review destination.
Ask in the customer’s language
Draft an optional, neutral request. Do not offer rewards or select only happy customers for a public review invitation. Start with Ask in the customer’s language.
Draft a factual update
Use the service, area and photos you have permission to use. Keep public wording separate from private job details. Start with Draft a factual update.
What you provide
For draft work provide your exact business name, location, tested review link and the review or post facts. If account actions are discussed, an owner or manager must review authorized sign-in and permissions privately. Do not send a Google password in chat.
Limits to know
A prepared draft is not a published post or reply. Verification is needed to reply to reviews. Google controls moderation and display; we cannot promise ratings, review publication or search position. Never ask the assistant to invent customer reviews.
