Between jobs

Explain two estimate options

Show what changes between two choices without inventing a discount.

What you send: Your priced options, included work, excluded work, and the customer’s question.
What you send
What you get: A side-by-side explanation and one question that helps the customer choose.
What you get

Fictional example.

Keep the original estimate

Label each option and keep the original document attached to the job. Explain preparation, surfaces, cleanup and exclusions in the same order. If a customer asks for a lower price, show the work you can remove rather than quietly changing the finish or materials.

Leave the decision visible

Ask one question about the actual difference. Once the customer chooses, update the estimate in your own system and check the current total. An explanation in a text is not a signed agreement, a deposit receipt or a confirmed booking.

What CrewBuddy prepares

A side-by-side explanation and one question that helps the customer choose.

What to keep in mind

You set the scope and prices. A cheaper option must describe the work being removed.
